You can drop off the racket to be strung during your training session with the gym instructor, or directly with René, our stringer, who is on-site on Monday and Friday evenings. You have one week to make the online payment. Your freshly strung racket will be returned to you the following week, at the start of your training session (please present the payment receipt).

Procédures

Drop off your racket with the evening instructor or directly with the stringer. A tag with an identification number for your racket will be provided. Make the online payment within one week after dropping off the racket. Your freshly strung racket will be returned one week after the drop-off. The payment receipt will be required for pickup.

Given the high tension applied to badminton rackets during the stringing process, Badminton Lachine disclaims any responsibility for frame breakage during this procedure. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the requested tension complies with the manufacturer’s recommended limits. Any racket that is damaged or shows visible signs of impact on the frame may be rejected by the stringer. In such cases, we will inform you of the situation, and your purchase will be refunded.
